La Grulla Complex

1. Reservations and Payment Methods

Reservation Confirmation: To guarantee and secure your stay, a deposit equivalent to [X]% (typically 30% or 50%) of the total stay cost is required.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your stay must be paid upon arrival (check-in) at the complex, without exception.

Payment Methods: We accept [Bank Transfer / Cash / Credit and Debit Cards].

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy, depending on how far in advance you notify us of your cancellation, is as follows:

Cancellations made more than 15 or 30 days in advance: You will receive a 100% or 80% refund of your deposit (less any applicable bank fees). Alternatively, you can retain 100% of the deposit as credit for a future booking within the next 3 or 6 months (subject to availability and the current rates for the new date).

Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days in advance: No cash refund will be issued, but you will receive a credit of 50% or 100% of the deposit paid, which can be used for a new booking within the next 3 months.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours or 7 days in advance: Your deposit will be forfeited in full, as the proximity to the date drastically reduces the likelihood of re-renting the cabin.

3. No-Show and Early Departure

No-Show: If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notification of cancellation, the reservation will be automatically canceled at [specify by what time, e.g., 10:00 PM] and the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Early Departure: If the guest decides to leave the resort before the agreed-upon end date of their stay due to personal reasons, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the resort's control, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.

4. Date Changes (Rescheduling)

Any request to change dates is subject to resort availability.

If the new chosen date falls within a different season (high season, long weekends, etc.), the guest will be required to pay the difference according to the rate in effect at the time of the new stay.
